Cruella City is a giant shopping mall created by Cruella De Vil. It made its first appearance in the Christmas special, Magical Creature Christmas Rescue.

Not much of the inside is shown, but on the outside, the mall is designed to be black and white with black spots and red. And there is a parking lot that holds 100,000 or dozen peoples' vehicles. On the center, is the evil Christmas tree with all the Christmas orbs holding every magical baby creature of the Fantasy Forest, Terra Monster, and Palace Pet captive inside hanging from it's branches.
